Angelo Minoli

Born in Chiavari in 1973, from two very special parents, that by the moment they wish to duplicate them, it would be hard to copy the special character they have. The passion for music involves him from the very first years of his life, growing up with baby food and rock and roll. At 11 years old, in spite of the passion for drums ('cause when he brought one home, it didn't fit with the reports to the police of the neighbourhood), his parents tried to convince him to take piano lessons, but for him it was hard to carry around the piano where he whised to communicate to the public with his music, that's why he decided to start to learn playing his actual instrument: the GUITAR. His very first love for rock music is born thanks to Elvis Presley starting to imitate him with his guitar during the first years of school with his friend Flavio Galego, exhibiting during the school break and the school trip. Founding out that he had a reasonable success between the students, the two friends were proposed to exhibit out of the school. Thanks to this Angelo becomes a peak of musical reference, especially for the girs, growing in his soul the desire to communicate with his music. Growing up, he started to listen to the first riffs of Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, to the most hard Iron Maiden, chewing rock from morning to evening, he decided to found his very first rock band, putting together some friends with his same passion, the "Running Riot" were born. The band started to exhibit in the squares, partecipating to some rock festivals regional and national, confirming a reasonable success between those in the know and the public, thinking to their young age. At the beginning of 1992, during one of his concerts, Angelo was noticed from Luigi Botticella, bass player in a very famous local band, the Rattle Rattle, that from there to a short time decided to engage him as guitarist and singer, and from that moment he decided to continue growing in his vocal qualities... ... but this is another story.
